Human Welfare

Participant welfare is extremely important to us. NZEET along with our Member Organisations have strong networks of support available to our participants. OnTrack is a new initiative supported by the racing codes to deliver mental wellbeing support and suicide preventions to everyone working in our industry. Horse Welfare

NZEET educates our trainees to align with our industries horse welfare, that every horse should be treated with respect, compassion and understanding and shall receive a standard of care which allows them to enjoy a good quality of life while in the racing industry and on retirement.
